Design works, whether performance, partial or full design can be undertaken along with the production of operation & maintenance manuals and as-installed drawings.
All works are covered by professional indemnity (PI) insurance and are undertaken in compliance with statutory regulations and following industry best practices / guides – Building Regulations, British and European Standards, BS7671 Electrical Wiring Regulations, CIBSE guidelines.
The latest industry standard software is used for all works –
- Dialux and Relux for lighting design.
- AutoCAD for drawings.
- MS Word for specifications
- MS Excel for schedules etc
- Amtech ProDesign software for Electrical distribution, cabling sizing, selection of protective devices, provision of load schedules.
Works are normally undertaken paperless where possible with transmission of information / drawings by electronic means. We do however have full in-house printing & plotting facilities (up to A0) should hard copies be required.
